- Once you have completed your tour, you need to book an appointment using “Skiplino” to visit Eskan Bank main branch, where you can complete your reservation process and issue your reservation agreement

- You are required to open an account at Eskan Bank
- To open an account, you must present a valid Original CPR, and a copy of your passport.
- To complete the booking, you must pay a reservation fee of BHD 500
- Cash and BenefitPay are accepted as payment methods
- Once you have completed opening your account at Eskan Bank and paid the reservation fee of BHD 500, you will be presented with the following:

No, the project is exclusively offered and marketed to be sold to the Ministry of Housing’s Mazaya and Housing Loans beneficiaries.
No, as per the Ministry of Housing’s regulations, a beneficiary can only benefit from one housing service.
“Mazaya” is a new program introduced by the Ministry of Housing, in collaboration with the private sector for the provision of social housing for citizens who are listed on the Ministry of Housing waiting lists. The idea of the Program is to assist housing waiting list beneficiaries to purchase a housing unit by obtaining financing from a participating bank, in addition to providing government financial support. Installments paid by the beneficiary will amount to 25% of his/her monthly income. The government financial support shall be equivalent to the difference between the monthly installment paid by the beneficiary, and the required installment amount by the participating bank. 8) Handover the property to the owner
